Arts & Craft Vendor Application

Agreement Terms & Conditions

Booth Size

                1. The cost of the craft booth is $325. Booth spaces are 10x10 in dimension. Vendor will be provided with one 10x10 weighted tent. No other tents or artificial structures may be erected without the prior authorization of the event promoter. This booth space does not include accessories such as electricity, tables, chairs, or additional equipment or services. An additional fee of $45 will be charged for the use of electricity. (Please indicate on application if you will need electricity.)

         Set Up & Breakdown

2. Set up must be completed by 9:30 am in your assigned space; no set up is permitted after this time. Break down of booths must be completed and items removed by 10:45 pm at the end of the event; any materials left behind will be disposed of.

Special Equipment

3. Vendors must bring any necessary equipment for preparation (with prior authorization of promoter).  

 Maintenance

4. All craft vendors are required to maintain the cleanliness of his/her booth space. An additional clean-up deposit of $50.00 must be paid by all craft vendors prior to the event, upon signing this agreement. This deposit is fully refundable provided that vendor causes no damage to public property or leaves the booth space clean and in good standing.

Promotion Name & Logo

5. Any material for use or sale containing the copyrighted Full-A-Vybez Inc or Palm Beach Jerk & Caribbean Culture Festival, names and logos are strictly prohibited for use or sale.

Alcohol & Beverages

6. Full-A-Vybez hereby reserves the right to be the exclusive distributor of beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) at the Palm Beach Jerk & Caribbean Culture Festival. Vendors are strictly prohibited to sell or distribute any type of beverage at this event.

Amenities

7. The use of generators is permitted with Full-A-Vybez committee approval. Power cords must be taped down.

Items to Be Sold

8. One exhibitor is allowed per space. Display of items is limited to those named on the application. Upon signing this contract, vendors must provide a list of all craft items to be sold and adhere to items listed.

Sales Tax

9. Transactions, including collection of Florida Sales Tax, are the sole responsibility of the vendor.

Counterfeit Merchandise

10.  The sale of counterfeit merchandise is strictly prohibited.

Liability
11. Vendor participates in the event at his/her own risk. Vendor is responsible for his/her products, equipment, and personal safety.  Full-A-Vybez Inc. will not be responsible for vendors’ profits or loss or any missing, stolen items or damage to person or personal property.

Application Deadline

12. The deadline for submission of vendor application is April 1st 2010.

Cancellation

13. Written notification of cancellation of participation in the event with evidence of extreme conditions such as death or hospitalization must be submitted to the promoters no later than April 15th, 2010 for a partial refund of 50%.

Damages

        14 a. If damage to public property is incurred by vendor or representative participating in the event, he/she will be held liable for the repair or replacement of the damaged property. This applies to, but is not limited to, such items and areas as exterior fencing, structures, drinking fountains, irrigation equipment, trash cans, landscaping, tents and any other facilities or equipment at the amphitheatre.

b. Vehicles are NOT permitted inside the amphitheater. Vehicles must be parked outside the amphitheater and items must be off-loaded and transported inside the venue by hand.  If vendor is in breach of this rule vendor will be fined $1000 and will be exempt from future Full-A-Vybez events.

Strict Enforcement

16 A monitoring committee continually enforces during the event the rules of the Palm Beach Jerk & Caribbean Culture Festival as set forth in this agreement. Violation of the rules will result in immediate ejection from the event with no refund (no exceptions). Violation of the outlined rules will also result in the exclusion from future Full-A-Vybez events.
