Full-A-Vybez Inc has announced that 411 Pain has become the Title Sponsor for 2010. The 7th staging of the Palm Beach Jerk and Caribbean Culture Festival will be held on Memorial Day, Monday May 31, 2010 at the Meyer Amphitheater, downtown West Palm Beach from 2pm – 10pm.
